Scouting's Jamboree on the Air and Jamboree on the Intenet are this weekend.
To celebrate, we will use the ICS202 Incident Objectives to describe how we can enable local scouts' partocipation.
Start a new message and select Standard Templates > ICS USA Forms > ICS202 Incident Objectives.
Click Setup and enter "Iowa Winlink Weekend".
Click Setup and enter Iowa Winlink Weekend

1. Incident Name: JOTA-JOTI exercise
2. Operational Period:
   • Date From: October 16
   • Date To:October 18
   • Time From: 00:00
   • Time To: 23:45
   Objective(s) enter your goals.
3. Operational Period Command Emphasis: enter how you support scouting.
4. General Situational Awareness: describe safety and crowd control.
5. Safety Plan Required select YES or No.
6. Incident Action Plan select the forms you choose to use.
   • enter your:
     call sign, first name, city or town, county, state, mode (Winlink HF, VARA FM, VHF packet, etc.)
     2 letter state abbreviation and no parentheses, please!
     Example: WB0GAG, Bruce, Muscatine, Muscatine, IA, VARA HF
7. Prepared by: enter your information.
8. Approved by Incident Commander: enter Joe Tentpeg and click and accept Date/Time

Save a copy for later if you wish.
Review your message, then click Submit and set "Subject:" to "Iowa Winlink Weekend".

In the message composition window, make sure "Send As:" is set to Winlink Message.
Check "Request message receipt" if you wish a confirmation message.
Set "To:" to WB0GAG. Add any others you would like to receive the message.

When you are satisfied with the message, click "Post to Outbox".

Send as normal. If you have no radio capability yet, use telnet.
